MISSION
Our mission is to help you connect to the energy that heals, inspires, and gives you life.
There are many reasons why people seek care at our center and continue their journey for months, years, or decades. In the end, what it comes down to is that when a person connects to the energy, they feel better. And when they stay connected, they feel good and live a richer, more fulfilling life.
Whether you are seeking help physically, mentally, or emotionally, connecting to the healing energy will help you heal.
inspiration
After 30+ years in practice, I observe people getting relief from back and neck pain and experiencing better functioning of the nervous system and the organs that it orchestrates. I see that people are better able to handle life’s stresses and challenges, and amazingly, their whole outlook on life often changes. They are released from being in fight-or-flight. They are liberated from feeling stuck, frustrated, and defensive, which results in an improvement in things like blood pressure and digestion. They experience more flow, stronger presence, and a sense of “resting in being.”
So what is this energy? It is the energy that creates and sustains life. It heals us. It’s the source of inspiration and creativity. It’s there to support us as we navigate stresses and challenges through our journey of life.
approach
We use Network Spinal as our means of helping you connect to the energy. During a session, I use gentle contacts to points along the spine that act as an interface between the healing energy and the physical, mental, and emotional parts of you that are in need of healing.
A Network Session is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. As you connect to the energy, stress melts away as your mind and body relax. A session usually begins with you lying face down, fully clothed, as I analyze your spine and your energetic systems. I find the richest resource of energy and make gentle contacts along your spine to access the connection points. This connection causes a reorganization of your body and mind needed to liberate the bound energy, tension, and stuck emotions from your body.
It doesn’t end there. We then help you learn how to stay connected to the energy between sessions with strategies for Living Energy Rich.

Our Center is a place where you’re seen as a whole person. You’re not a condition, disease, or a case. By connecting to the energy, you create health in your whole being, and that health creates healing of the different conditions, diseases, or pains that you may have.
Our warm, bright, sunny office is located in Upper Montclair, NJ with plenty of parking and ADA access.
